Starting the journey
Ok so here is the deal. I am a 30 year old man that is way over weight. I have lost over 60 lbs. this year but I still have a long way to go. I lost the weight by doing couch to 5k combined with dieting. Lately I have lost my spunk for both. I came up with an idea to keep myself accountable and hopefully break some bad habits. I am going to blog my diet and exercise experiences. I have made it a goal of mine to run a marathon before I die. So here we go.... (I would blog what I have eaten today but I came up wit the idea late and I ate trash today). I am planning on running 4-5 miles tonight. I don't start the actual marathon training until Monday. A 4 mile easy run can't be that bad right?
